At Growth Basket, we all come to work every day because we want to solve the biggest problem in marketing. Everyone is guessing. Business owners don’t know what marketing techniques and tools to use, how to position, price and monetize their products or solutions. Coaches, consultants, and speakers don’t know where their target users are, how to reach them, or even how to integrate technology that’s available. However, one thing is clear that everyone definitely wants to grow.

We want to help our clients find the straight line to money through marketing, we want them to have to freedom to grow their angle of the business. Our mission at Growth Basket is to make the marketing more data-driven,  transparent and conversion focussed. Today we provide the most actionable strategy and tactics when it comes to implementing, optimizing and automating marketing technology for business owners and thought leaders in the industry. We want to make this available to as many people as possible (not just the top 5%).

Joseph Abraham

Joseph drives Growth Basket’s strategic vision and manages investor relations. Before Growth Basket Joseph served in leadership capacities in enterprise learning, marketing, and sales roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Great Lakes, Skillingly, and Life@Leadership.


Jereme Kennedy

Jereme has the dual role of account management and support, right from onboarding new clients to helping existing ones and bridging everything in between. Before joining Growth Basket, Jereme worked for three marketing agencies.


Andrew Joseph

Andrew is a data guy turned engineer. He oversees Growth Basket’s engineering and development organization which drives the core programming. Before teaming with Growth Basket, Andrew served in senior leadership roles at 4 startups and Cap Gemini.


John Samuel

John leads Growth Basket’s design teams and oversees the company’s creatives both offline and online. He is passionate about the enduring positive impact of design and how it can change economies. Prior to joining Growth Basket, he was a senior designer at Wishberry.


Supriya Namrata

As the principal consultant for content, Supriya leads the company’s world-class content marketing team. Supriya brings considerable experience in corporate communications to her role and partners with the execution team to plan and execute content strategy initiatives across our clientele base.


Steve Jason

Steve leads the company’s digital team, whose work encapsulates all digital efforts for the clients. Steve has established himself as one with a proven track record of growing existing revenue streams, launching new products and services, and provide results-oriented management and mentorship
